Everyday Phenomena.

As our days go by, we busy ourselves with words and numbers, work or school and the “drama” of life, as they say. As we get caught up in all these, we miss to see the world in a better light. We forget to see the everyday phenomena that surround us.

The colors that blend, how the night destroys the day and how the day destroys the night, how the butterflies kiss the sun, the priceless smiles, the blueness of the sky, these are just some of the everyday phenomena we refuse to see and we dwell on our buys lives and continue to see the world in Grey.

I live for these. As pessimistic as I can be, as busy and burdened my life can be, I try to stop and look around to find these. They never seem to disappoint. They instantly bring bliss, and most of the time, complimented by a smile. This probably explains why I love to travel, especially to far away places away from the city. It’s simply to get away from the troubles, to free my mind and to see the beauty of the world.

…But then again, maybe these phenomena aren’t so phenomenal after all. Maybe we just need to look harder at the things around us, and see the world again.
